Gregory Thomas Bryan, aged 87 of Wyoming, died on Sunday, August 25, 2019, after a courageous battle with cancer.  Greg will be remembered as the Scoutmaster Boy Scout Troop 388, Golden Gloves Boxing Champion, and Wyoming City Councilman. He also enjoyed working as head bus driver at Clark Retirement Community for 13 years.  He was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Beverly.  He is survived by his three sons: Greg (Brenda) Bryan Jr., Geoffrey L. Bryan, Gordon  (Linda) Bryan; grandchildren: Spencer (Katie) Bryan, Weston Bryan, Curt (Ashley) Bryan, Katlyn (Marcus) Bryan-Ribant; great grandchildren: Braylen Phillips, Ilah Bryan, Monroe Bryan, Beckett Bryan, Jack Bryan, Owen Ribrant, Elle Ribrant; brother, Richard (Nola) Bryan; sisters: Bonita Strong, Sue Holland, Patricia (Ed) Bischoff; sister-in-law, Linda (Richard) Berglund; many nieces and nephews: Richard (Rachel) Berglund, Jennifer Berglund, Bernie (Barbara) Bryan, Ken (Karen) Bryan, Lance (Colleen) Bryan, Todd (Victoria) Bryan, Gretchen Walters, and Katrina (Edward) Jeffries-Lile; special friend, Linda Pfommer.  According to his wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Greg’s life will be held 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming. Inurnment Rosedale Memorial Park.  Relatives and friends may meet the family at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Wyoming Tree Commission, an animal rescue of your choice, Pinkie’s Place on Alpine or Alzheimer’s Association.
