Glenn Little, age 80, of Kentwood, was called to his heavenly home on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 surrounded by his loving family.  He was preceded in death by his son, Mark, and brother, Morrie.  He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 60 years, Marilyn, whom he called his bride; a wonderful father to his children, Mike R. (Laureen) Little and Scott T. (Cristy) Little; awesome grandpa to his grandchildren, Shaunna (Jim) Ager, Janine Little, Brandon Little, Kyle (Taylor) Little, Zack (Emily) Little, Tyler Little (fiancee Dominique), Nicole (Chad) Sinke, Jordan Little, Jayson VanDyken, and Jeff VanDyken; great grandchildren, Haidyn, Teagyn, Maisyn, Alexandra, Braelyn, Chloe, Grayson, Kylee and Evelyn.  Glenn valiantly served his country in the US Navy.  He was employed for 35 years with Autodie Corporation as a journeyman tool and die maker.  He was hardworking and always had some project in the works.  He passed along his strong work ethic to his boys.  Glenn and Marilyn attended countless softball games, cheer events, piano recitals, football games, wrestling matches, volleyball games, and choir concerts.  Whatever his grandchildren and great grandchildren were involved in, he was there to support them.  He was the neighborhood foster parent for the many dogs that came to his home.  His favorite was being the “Camp Little” for his pup, pup Chippy.  Glenn enjoyed camping at the river and at Schnabble Family Campground.  He also enjoyed traveling with friends to Florida.  Funeral services will be held at 11 am Monday, March 16 at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4646 Kalamazoo Ave. SE, Kentwood, with Rev. Dennis Gilbert officiating.  Burial Hopkins Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Monday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, the family recommends donations to the Parkinson Association.
