Glen E. Carlton, age 82, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Tuesday, October 2, 2018. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Elizabeth Carlton, Glen Carlton Jr.; granddaughter, Felicia Carlton; brother, Robert and Ruth Carlton;  sister, Betty Koning; many nieces, nephews and  cousins.  He will also be missed by his many friends and the Mendez family.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, October 5, 2018 at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming, with Pastor Dennis Gilbert officiating.  Interment Alaska Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday from 5-7 pm at the funeral home.
