Gerald Murray

Gerald Murray, age 55, of Wyoming, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. 

He was preceded in death by his mother, Josina Galaszewski, and father, Gerald Murray. Jerry will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 29 years, Jamie Murray; son, Nicklas (Marina) Murray; stepson, Andrew (Ashleigh) Schubert; grandson, Kolten Schubert; siblings, Josina (Rich) VanEss, Julie (Mark) Murray, Brian (Cindy) Murray, Kevin (Saleena) Murray, Nicholas Murray, Shawn Murray; special aunt, Ann Van Den Meerendonk; and several stepsiblings, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, September 8, 2025, at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. Burial will take place at Resurrection Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit with the family Sunday, September 7 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. An additional time of visitation will be held on Monday from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the needs of Gerald's family.
