George Grotewohl

GROTEWOHL- George Thomas Grotewohl aged 64 passed away October 13, 2017. He was preceded in death by his father, Harrison James Grotewohl; mother, Betty Jane Dixon; step father, George Dixon. Surviving are his siblings, David James Grotewohl, Laurence Grotewohl, Loretta Greco; sister in law Diane Grotewohl; nieces and nephews, Harrison James, Herbert Allen, Alexander, Heidi, Andrew; great nephew, Tazzik. George was a happy, kind spirited man who always had a positive outlook on life. His laugh was contagious! George deeply cared for his family and recently moved to Grand Rapids to be closer to them. He knew his movie/actor trivia better than anyone else and enjoyed challenging his family. He had a passion for puzzles and loved his cats. No matter his restraints or whose birthday it was, George made his way to the store to get a card to mail, and signed "GROG". We love you Georgie! You will be missed dearly.
