Frederick Droog

Frederick Droog, age 80, of Grand Rapids, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 22, 2016.  He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who will be dearly missed.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Etta; his son, Fred; and a number of siblings.  He will be lovingly remembered by his children, David Droog, Thomas (Cindy) Droog; grandchildren, Zachary, Chase, Kaleigh, Anthony and Alec Droog; sisters; brothers; and in-laws.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 11 am at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW, with Rev. Dr. Reggie Smith officiating, and followed by entombment at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday from 10-10:45 am prior to the service at the funeral home.
