Freda Faber, age 98, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 28, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Antonia Faber; and 10 siblings. She will be lovingly remembered by her brother, Arthur (Virginia) Faber; sister, Nellie (John) VanSprang-Grasmeyer; many nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews. Freda was a longtime member of Kellogsville Christian Reformed Church. She retired after 30 years from Wolverine Brass Works. Visitation will be held from 10-11 am on Monday, April 9, 2018 with the funeral services following at 11 am at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4646 Kalamazoo Ave. SE, Kentwood, with Rev. Brian Kyle officiating. Interment Rest Lawn Memorial Park. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Kellogsville CRC or Covenant Village of the Great Lakes - Memory Care Unit.
