Fred TenBrock

Fred C. TenBrock,  age 79, of Paulding and Wyoming, MI, was called to his heavenly home on Wednesday, August 3, 2016.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Rosie TenBrock. Fred was a loving husband, dad, and grandpa with a great sense of humor who treasured his family. He had a great love for the Upper Peninsula, spending time in the outdoors fishing, hunting, and just appreciating nature. He retired as a truck driver from ANR after 30 years of faithful service. Fred also proudly served his country in the US Navy. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 54 years, Judie; children, Debbie and Tom Pearson, Lynne TenBrock; his grandchildren, Shanda and John Bennett, Amberlee, and Savannah Pearson; his great-grandchildren, Layla, and Alexa; brother, Larry and Bev TenBrock; his sister, Donna and Jim Jeffers; his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Dan Bouwhuis,  Ruthie and Ryan Walter, Joe and Mary Bouwhuis, John and Valentina Bouwhuis, Nancy Nystrom. He will also be greatly missed by his dear cousins, family, and friends, whom he deeply cherished. A celebration of Fred’s life will be held on Monday, August 8, 2016, at 11am at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Drive SW with Pastor Dennis Gilbert officiating. Relatives and friends may meet the family Monday from 10-11 am prior to the service at the funeral home.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Faith Hospice.
