Frank W. Urias aged 47, of Hastings, passed away on Wednesday October 5th, 2016. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Urias. Frank is survived by his wife, Paula; daughter, Brittany; son, Tyler; mother, Sally; Granddaughter, Pearl; sister, Naomi (Larry) Martin, Deborah (George) Nye, Laurie Rucker, Rhonda (Mike) NewCastle; Brothers, Matthew Urias (Laurie), Donald Urias, and Scott Waddell. Many friends, cousins including 18 nephews and 14 nieces. Frank was above anything a devoted husband and father. His entire life was with the goal of providing support, love, and safety for his family and that stretched further than just his immediate family. Frank was one of the most selfless people known, he'd give the shirt on his back to a person in need. He's given his last dollar to a person less fortunate and that among many other things he instilled in his children. Throughout his life, Frank has proved that "it's not the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog". He lived very true to this motto, and for years and years overcame obstacles that doctors, teachers, and peers said he'd have. He shattered the misconception that someone sitting down is at less of an advantage at anything, and that if anything Frank proved the opposite. Frank had a knack for building things, many things, out of many tools and materials. He found out at an early age this gift that was passed down to him from his father. Together they laid carpet for years, through this knowledge and more self-taught determination Frank would go on to become co-creator of Delias Mini Choppers where he'd build many custom mini choppers with his best friend and Brother Scott. Later on he'd go on to create "Timeless Treasures" A restoration and fabrication shop. There he met many people who'd become friends, and gained a lot of city wide attention with business owners and partnerships to help repair/furnish/or refurbish whatever they needed from collector signs, statues, clocks, furniture, and more. He ran Timeless Treasures with his wife Paula, and two kids Brittany and Tyler. Frank was always a people person, and his personality was infectious. Most of his friends knew him to be a solid rock to lean on, and one of the most trusting people you could ever know. His life was full of many great memories, ones we'll all carry with us for the rest of our lives. May Frank rest in peace and know no more suffering. He has been welcomed into God's embrace, in his heavenly home beside his father and others and can now be pain free.
