Frances was such a sweet lady and a joy to talk with at church on Sundays. We will always remember and cherish the knitted booties she lovingly gifted both of our children when their babies were born. ❤

We've known Jack and Karen for years and Grandma Huizinga was always special to us. She treated Abbie like a granddaughter and always made her feel welcome at her home (and pool). Our thoughts and prayers are with the family, we love you guys.

Fran was our wonderful friend and neighbor for 22 years her and Tony were always working together and had the best love story, so glad they shared their life with us. Fran loved Jesus and she is now with Him at the table He perpared for her. She is no longer with the burdens of this world she is free and with Tony again. She will always be missed

Grandma Francis, what an honor to know you for 20 years. Not only were you my client but my Friend. My kids always asked if it was “Francis Saturday”, hoping the baggie of a Hershey bar, Milky Way, smarties and fruit snacks was coming. The plaques Tony made us when the kids were born and the booties you made will always be cherished. The Almond bars you gave us at Christmas were so delicious. I’m so glad I got to see just a few days before you met Jesus. Always in my heart. Kiesha

• well done, well done my good and faithful one, welcome to the place where you belong •
Grandma, you lived an amazing life. I couldn’t have asked for a better grandma to show me a true servant’s heart. From the countless of times you’d pick me and my sisters up from school when my parents couldn’t, the times you watched us and cooked for us, supporting us at all of our accomplishments, and to all the times you showed us your unconditional love. Always putting others before yourself even if you had just met them for the first time. You have a true servant ‘s heart.
I know Grandpa is so happy to greet you at the Gates of Heaven and until we meet again, your legacy will always be in our hearts forever. I love you forever and always Grandma, Anika

I have visited a few times but couldn't find the right words. So I'll use my thoughts and hope they do justice. It is with heavy hearts we say goodbye to our dear Grandma Fran. But with joyous hearts that we remember her great love and kindness. It is but a moment before we'll all be together again. What a lovely and consoling thought. Love to all our family and friends at this time.

Frances (Franny) has been a wonderful freind of ours for 50 years or more. We have gone to her (and Tony) many times for advice, consolation or just to sit and have a cup of coffee and catch up, over the years. She has always greeted us with joy and a smile after church on Sunday morning. She will be missed sadly.

Dear Frances (Frannie) was a source of joy at Faith community Church. She loved everyone and especially the new babies. All of our grandchildren were recipients of her precious knitted booties. Her Dutch accent always reminded us of our family members and brought us a smile. We will miss you, Frannie but so so happy for you and Tony, together again with our Lord and Savior.
