Frances Elizabeth Annis

Annis, Frances Elizabeth Frances Elizabeth Annis, age 89, formerly of Grand Rapids, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, December 7, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert; infant son, Lawrence Del; sister, Marie Lyon; son-in-law, Ken Frowein. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Jean and Robert Manning, Jane and Dale Zimmer, Joan Frowein; seven grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 12 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday 11:30 am at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 1630 Godfrey Ave. SW, Wyoming, with Fr. Stephen Dudek Celebrant. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday from 5-8 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville), 4145 Chicago Drive. A rosary will be held Wednesday 8pm at the funeral home following the visitation. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Jean, Jane, and Joan, We are so sorry to hear about the loss of your mom. I'm sorry, but I did not see the obituary until Wednesday night, otherwise I would've been at the visitation. She went just like my mom - very peaceful, which I'm sure you're grateful. It is a blessing and you know she's in a much better place. With our sincere condolences.
