Frances Doezema

Frances Doezema, age 89, of Grandville, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, was taken to her heavenly home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Wednesday, March 30, 2016. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 63 years, Cornelius Doezema; their children, Neva and Steve Feenstra, Robert and Debra Doezema, Anne and Roger Veldman, Dorothy and Henry DeJong, Beth and Glenn Feenstra, Chuck and Heidi Doezema, Joan and Tim Kaiser; 52 grandchildren; and 39 great grandchildren.  Also surviving are her brother, Roger Dykstra; sister-in-law, Joyce Dykstra; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Bruce Doezema, Joyce and Neal Pastoor, Chuck and Loraine Doezema, Don and Judi Doezema, Bill and Mary Ann Doezema, Dave and Marcia Doezema. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Grandville Protestant Reformed Church, 4320 40^th St., Grandville with Pastor Kenneth Koole officiating.  A graveside service will be held at River Bend Cemetery, Friday, April 1, at 10:00 AM.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday 6-8 PM at the church.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Protestant Reformed Christian School of one’s choice.
