Fernando L. Capestany

Fernando L. Capestany, age 63, of Wyoming, passed away unexpectedly and was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, April 9, 2015. He had a compassionate heart that cared for many and his contagious smile brought joy to all who met him. Fernando treasured his family and was always there whatever the need. He most recently spent most of his time caring for his aging parents. He was preceded in death by his father, Fernando C. Capestany. He will be lovingly remembered by his son, Cory and his fiancée, Cathy; mother, Yolanda Capestany; his brothers and their families, Nelson and Sandy Capestany (Sara and Brent Walter, Susan and Aaron Bailey, David and Ruth Capestany), Jorge and Marti Capestany (Carli); and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 12 noon at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Drive SW, with Rev. Milton Doornbos officiating. Interment at Georgetown Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday from 6-8 pm and Thursday from 11 am–12 noon prior to the service at the funeral home.
