Felix “Cano” Alvarez Jr., age 61, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Sunday, January 2, 2022. He will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Felix Alvarez Sr. and Carmen Luz Lopez; sisters and brothers, Dolly (Mark), Brenda (Arturo), Carmen (Julio), Mary (Keith), Joe, Sandy, Melissa (Duane), Felix and Jennifer; children, Felix III, Corina Luz, Rosalie, and Elizabeth; and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may meet the family Monday, January 10, from 1:30-2:30 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. A graveside service will follow at Kent Memorial Gardens.
