Evelyn Rozema

Evelyn Jean Rozema, age 83, of Jenison, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, July 2, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; son, Donald Jr; parents, Peter and Flora; brothers, Jay and Elsie, Ed and Sadie, and Ted Miedema. Evelyn will be lovingly remembered by her children; Jim (Jen) Rozema, Joy and Kevin Vander Kolk, Robert “Rocky” Rozema; grandchildren, Rachel Vander Kolk, Vance and Tiffany Vander Kolk; two great grandchildren; sister, Frances Schuur; brother, Donald and Jan Miedema; sister-in-law, Jan Miedema; best friend, Gail Persenaire. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2016 5:00 pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Chapel, 4145 Chicago Dr., Grandville, MI 49418 with Rev. James Evenhouse officiating. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday from 3:00 – 5:00 pm at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Alzheimer’s Association.

Dear Rozema Family, So sorry to hear of the passing of your mom. Evie was a good friend of ours. Yvonne & I enjoyed working with her on the sales we held together.
