Evelyn M. Smith

Evelyn M. Smith, aged 97 of Wyoming, passed away peacefully of Thursday, October 8, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth; son, Gordon; and grandson, Jerry. She will be greatly missed by her children, Kenneth L. (Sharon) Smith, Gerald J. (Aiemee) Smith, Eleanor Larson, Ivan J. Smith; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Evelyn was a long-time member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church and American Legion Auxiliary 154. Funeral services for Evelyn will be held on Monday at 11:00 am at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming with Fr. Phil Shangraw officiating. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family at the funeral home on Monday from 10-11 am prior to the service.
