Ernie departed peacefully on July 9, 2012 at the age of 67. He is survived by Maria (mother), Caroline (sister), Michael & CaroleAnn (brother), F. Robert "Bob" & Ann Marie (brother), Tyler & Dylan (nephews), Julia (niece) and his loving life-partner, Kathy O'Reilly. He was preceded in death by his brother, baby Frank Charles, father, Ernest Louis Evangelista, Sr. and wife, Carol Marie Kolenda. A Celebration-of-Life Party, commemorating Ernie's amazing existence, will be held soon.
