Eric Jirtle

JIRTLE- Eric Scott Jirtle age 38 of Wayland, Michigan went to be with his Savior our Lord on Sunday, December 18, 2016 after his courageous battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his loving family and friends. Surviving are his wife of 2 years, Jennifer; his expected daughter, Avery; his stepson, Grayson Langworthy; parents, Steve and Kim Jirtle; brother, Nathan (Jodie) Jirtle; his grandparents, Elmer (deceased) and Dorothy Jirtle; and Ron and Mary Jane Van Dam; and nieces, Cambrie Ouwinga and Jenna Kish; many loving uncles, aunts and cousins. Eric was very active in his church, St. Peter's Lutheran and their mission church. He was very devoted to his wife, family, relatives, and friends. Eric was an amazingly kind man who loved everyone, had an infectious smile and laugh, was fun and adventurous. He also took pride in his career at Idealease of Grand Rapids. A Memorial Service for Eric will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 12pm at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 4125 18th St., Dorr, MI 49323.
