Emma Saccomani

Emma Saccomani, age 98, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Friday, August 15, 2025. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Yvonne Teague and son-in-law, John Teague; grandson, Joe Teague and his wife Kristle; great grandson, Anthony Teague; great granddaughter Angelina Teague; and nieces in Italy, Denise Saccomani and Pierrette Cuenot. Emma was preceded in death by her husband, Nello in 1994, her brother, Mario in 2024, and her granddaughter, Jacqueline Teague in 2009. Emma loved gardening and knitting. She was a devout catholic but most of all Emma loved spending time with her family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at  Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 2230 Lake Michigan Dr. NW, Grand Rapids, with Father Nick Baker officiating.  Burial will be held at Resurrection Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday from 10-11am at church.
