Emily Kurtz

KURTZ - Emily Siera Kurtz, age 15, of Belmont, MI passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2013. Emily was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Leonard R. Kurtz, James P. Toppe, and Paul H. Eggert. There are no words to describe the impact Emily had in all the lives she has touched. She will always be loved and deeply missed by her parents, Leonard and Kathleen; sisters, Anna Kurtz and Taryne Haskamp; brother-in-law, Adrian Haskamp; grandmothers, Bernice Kurtz and Jeannine Eggert; aunts and uncles, Coleen and Jim Fralick, Michelle and Steve Zaworski, Mike Toppe, Patti and Keith Christopherson; cousins, Kris Toppe, Alena, Eric, Rachel, Faith Christopherson, Noah Toppe; nephews, Anthony and Alexander Haskamp; and many additional family members and friends; her faithful Hospice volunteers, and dedicated teachers and staff at Lincoln Developmental Center, (and all beloved pets). Funeral Services will be held at 1 pm on Friday, September 20 at the Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 1601 Post Dr, Belmont. Emily's family will greet relatives and friends two hours prior to the service at the Funeral Chapel. Interment in Plainfield Township Cemetery.
