DEYOUNG - Mr. Elmer DeYoung, aged 80 drifted into eternity peacefully at home on Monday, July 24, 2017. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 60 years, Linda. Surviving are his children, Cheryl Keller, Darla MacPhee, Jeff (Robin) DeYoung, Wendy (Calvin) Kamps; grandchildren, Aaron, Wade, Heidi, Penny, Sheila, Tiffany, Sarah, Angella, Troy, Patrisha, Josh and Andrew; several great grandchildren; sister, Evie Postma; many in-laws, nieces and nephews. Elmer was a gifted craftsman and was the quintessential "Jack of all trades". A Memorial Celebration will be held Sunday August 13 from 1PM to 4PM at Ideal Park - Open Shelter, 5843 Crippen Ave. SW., Wyoming.
