Edwin Lee

Edwin M. VerLee of Grand Rapids passed away on Wednesday, September 10, 2014. Edwin was preceded in death by his parents, Jacob and Grace VerLee. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 65 years, Joan VerLee; their children, David (Mary) VerLee, Dennis (Laura) VerLee, Douglas (Pat) VerLee and Jill Anne VerLee; grandchildren, Dr. Sarah (Dr. Andrew Brandt) VerLee, Zachary VerLee, Andrew VerLee, Rachael VerLee, Angela VerLee, Michael VerLee, Jason VerLee, Stephanie Green, Jenny Palmer. He is also survived by his sisters, Alice Overton and Etta Webb. A memorial service will be held on 11:00 AM Saturday September 13, 2014 at Oakhill Church, 1930 Leonard St. NE, Grand Rapids. The family will greet relatives and friends on Friday from 6 -8 pm at the Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 1601 Post Dr. NE, Belmont.
