Edwin Bradley, age 92, of Jenison, died on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at his home. He is preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Edna (West) Bradley. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Marilyn; children, Lisa and Jim Coon, Brent and Mary Bradley, Tyra Bradley; adopted daughter, Kathleen Bach and adopted son, David Spencer; grandchildren, Jennifer and Henry Link, Bradley and Meghan Coon, Steven and Annie Bradley, Joshua Bradley and Morgan Hesser, great-grandchildren, Aiden, Oliver, and Theo Link; and many nieces and nephews. Edwin was a veteran of WWII and worked as a freight conductor with the railroad for 39 years. He was an avid sportsman all of his life and especially enjoyed hunting and fishing. His life was centered around his love of God and his family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at 11 a.m at Holy Redeemer Parish, 2700 Baldwin St., Jenison, with Fr. Roc Majalla presiding. Interment Georgetown Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family on Monday from 5-8 p.m. at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville), 4145 Chicago Drive with a Vigil Service to be held at 8 p.m. An additional visitation will be held on Tuesday from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to the service at the church. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Catholic Charities of Michigan (specifically “God’s Kitchen”),

Bradley family, so sorry for your loss. Ed was such a great guy and I am glad I had the chance to work with him (The Boss) and got to know him and the family all those years at God's Kitchen. look forward to seeing his smiling face on the other side. Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May his soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen
