Edward Wilson

Edward Taylor Wilson passed away at his home on Sunday, May 10th, 2020. Edward is survived by his wife, Diane; his three sons, Chad, Mark, and Kerry; their spouses, Melissa, Katrina, and Rupa: his grandchildren, Keira, Dane, and Leela. He was preceded in death by his father, Keith; his mother, Ruby; his twin brother, Rob, who passed away in 2017. Edward was born in 1944 and grew up in Southern California. He served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War. Afterward, he earned a degree from Michigan State University where he met Diane. Edward and Diane Married in 1971 and settled in Cincinnati, Ohio where they raised their family before relocating to Saugatuck, where they enjoyed a long and peaceful retirement. Edward is remembered for his sense of humor, his intelligence, his industriousness, the ease with which he connected with people, and as a fount of wisdom. Edward had a lifelong love of cars, books, and electronics. He loved bicycling and walking in nature. He was an avid woodworker and a prolific cartoonist. Edward will be dearly missed by his family, his friends, and so many people who came to know and love him.
