Edward DeGroot Jr.

Edward DeGroot Jr., aged 76 of Kentwood, went to be reunited with his wife Kathleen on Sunday, November 11, 2018. He is survived by his children, Jayne (Ed) Pribble, Ed (Amanda) DeGroot, Michelle Munoz; grandchildren, Mikayla, Alex, Jessica, Jared, Avery, Veda, Leila; sister, Bonita Hamstra; brothers, Rick (Char) DeGroot, Frank Murray; and several nieces and nephews. Ed proudly served his country in the US Army. A memorial service for Ed will be held on Saturday, November 17, at 2 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming with Pastor Dennis Gilbert officiating. Family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday at the funeral home from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. prior to the service. Inurnment at Kent Memorial Gardens.
