E. Betty Ham

E. Betty Ham, age 96, formerly of Grandville, was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, June 16, 2023. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 56 years, Jerry, her dear grandson, Chad Ham, and her 8 siblings. Betty was so very thankful that she was born into a loving Christian home. She was a woman of faith and family, and lived her life by example and was a faithful prayer warrior. Betty was a member of the former Hope CRC in Grandville for 75 years, serving with her time and talents in many ways. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Barb and Jack Grasman, Doug and Sandie Ham, Marybeth and Dave Bultman; grandchildren, Todd and Trudy Grasman, Michelle and Dan McAlary, Shawn and Stacy Grasman, Christopher and Jamie Ham, Betsy Ham, Autumn and Andrew DeLisle, Courtney Banfill, Alexandria Banfill; 23 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; dear sister-in-law, Loie Potts; many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Monday, June 26, 2023 at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Pastor Steve DeVries officiating. Burial will take place at Grandville Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family from 10-11 am prior to the service at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Bibles for India or Corewell Health Hospice.
