Duane Paul Keegstra

Duane Keegstra, age 84, of Jenison, passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2021. Duane was a loving husband, brother, and uncle. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and traveling up north to stay in their cabin near Hulbert, MI and Brevort Lake. He proudly served in the US Army. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Carroll Keegstra, Harold Keegstra; and sister, Jackie MacGregor. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 62 years, Shirley; sister, Cathy and Carnell Kikkert; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Ron Broersma, Betty Zandstra, Roger and Marie Broersma, Ruth and Keith Hopp, Pat Keegstra; and many nieces and nephews. The burial will take place at Rosedale Memorial Park. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Spectrum Health Hospice or The Salvation Army.
