Dorothy Soules

SOULES - Dorothy Lee Soules age 70 passed away Saturday, March 23, 2019. She was preceded in death by her mother, Olive Wilkinson; father, Homer (Vivian) Wilkinson; son-in-law, Tim White; brothers-in-law, Donald Rousseau and Michael Bodell. Dorothy is survived by her children, Olive (John) White, Flossie (Alric) Jones, Chad (Ann) Erickson; grandchildren, Alex Phipps III, Shelby Phipps, Rocio Ramos, Stephanie Ramos, Gloria (Austin Oliver) Bliss-Ramos, Marisol Ramos, Alric Jones Jr., Dayqwun Jones, Nehemiah Jones, Olivia Olvera, Jordan Enbody; great grandchild, Isabelle; sisters, Lila Braun, Dawn Bodell, Joyce Rousseau, Susan (Steven) Wardwell; many nieces and nephews. Dorothy worked for the Republican Committee and was once Volunteer of the Year. She loved to sing and was part of both the Danish Choir and the choir at Jesus Non-Denominational Church in Greenville. Dorothy loved to cook and was active at Mount Mercy. A memorial service will be held 12:00 noon Saturday, April 13, 2019 at The Springs Church, 135 N. Grant Street NE, Cedar Springs. Dorothy's family will greet relatives and friends one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are to be collected to help offset the cost of a cemetery marker to honor Dorothy.
