Dorothy Snellink

Dorothy Snellink, age 82, of Georgetown Township, was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, August 18, 2017.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, James Snellink; brothers, David DeVoogd and Roger DeVoogd; in-laws, Don and Ruth Snellink, Jean and Don Boeskool, Lowell Mayhew, Elene DeVoogd.  She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Linda and Brad Schollaart, Dave and Peggy Snellink, Ken and Shelly Snellink, Tom and Pat Snellink; 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; siblings, Rich and Kay DeVoogd, Doris Mayhew, Ruth and Jerry Lane, Mary and Gary Proos; and many nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 22, at 11 a.m. at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Rev. Douglas Wood officiating.  Interment Rosedale Memorial Park.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Monday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service.
