Dorothy May Snyder, age 98, of Wyoming, passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eldridge, of 58 years; parents, Alvin and Bertha Turpin; brother, Jack Turpin; sister, Agnes Ainsworth. She is survived by her children, Lynne and Janice Snyder; Debra and James Richter, Dean Craig and Karen Snyder; five grandchildren; great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Dorothy was a talented artist and entered ArtPrize three times.  She also enjoyed hunting, especially with her husband, Eldridge. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 17, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Pastor Dennis Gilbert officiating. Interment will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Relatives and friends may meet the family on Thursday, May 16, from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
