HOORN - Mrs. Dorothy Hoorn, aged 97 of Wyoming, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, April 5, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arie "Jack" Hoorn; son, Roger Hoorn; son-in-law, Johnnie Chandler; daughter-in-law, Marolyn Hoorn; grandson, Roger Hoorn Jr.; granddaughter, Nancy Hoorn; granddaughter-in-law, Rhonda Hoorn; 4 brothers, John, Lester, Robert and Gerald Jannereth; sister, Marge Mayden. Surviving are her children, Donald (Maxine) Hoorn, Patricia Den Hof, Marcia Chandler; 17 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held 11:00AM Monday April 9, 2012 at the Ronan-Vanderpool-Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S. Division Ave. The family will greet relatives and friends Sunday from 4 to 7PM and one hour prior to the service. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
