Doris W. (Poll) Kraker, age 93, of Allendale, was called to her heavenly home on Friday, November 19, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Clarence. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Randy and Nancy Kraker, Ron and Pat Kraker; grandchildren, Lisa and Mitch Ryan, Michelle and Tyler Van Eerden, Trisha and Mark Brower, Andrew and Courtney Kraker; ten great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Edna and Harold DeYoung, Harriet Kraker; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at 6 p.m. at Second Church, 6950 Lake Michigan Drive, Allendale, with Rev. Adam Nordyke officiating. The burial will be held at Allendale Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday from 4-6 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Allendale Christian School or to Faith Hospice. The family would like to extend their sincere thanks and appreciation to the staff and caregivers of Faith Hospice for the love and compassionate care given to Doris.
