Donna Miller

Donna Miller, age 90, of Grandville, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, January 12, 2024. Donna was a kind soul who cared for others her whole life. Early on in her life she dedicated her time to becoming a teacher and spent many years substitute teaching. She finished her career working as a secretary for MichCon. Donna loved to paint, spend time out on the water, and travel. Above all Donna loved her Lord and made sure to pass that love onto her family, whom she loved and cherished more than anything in the world. She was preceded in death by her brother, Floyd Shaft. Donna will be lovingly remembered by her children, Theo (Laura) Miller, Thomas Miller, Shari (Scott) Fortier; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and other family members. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Rev. Ryan Wieland officiating. Burial will take place at Rosedale Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday, January 17, from 6-8 pm at the funeral home, as well as an hour prior to the service on Thursday.
