Donna M. Frazer

Donna Mae Frazer, aged 76 of Middleville was called to her heavenly home on Thursday, August 18, 2016. She passed away at Magnum Care surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Frazer; sister, Mary Washburn, brother John Poll. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Rodney Frazer, Robert J. (Kimberly) Frazer, Cheryl (Scott) Vann, Gail (Gary) Havens; 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; brother, Richard (Sherry) Poll and many nieces and nephews. Donna was a loving, caring, hard working wife, mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed by her family. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00 am at the Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Chapel (Caledonia), 616 E. Main St. The family will receive relatives and friends at the chapel on Sunday from 6-8pm and on Monday from 10am until the time of the service. The family requests that memorial contribution be given to the American Heart Association or the Barry County Animal Shelter.
