Donald Scott Smith, age 60, of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2019. He will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Anita; loving companion, Nita Walls; siblings: Clayton (Elizabeth) Smith, Jane (Wes) Ackerman; nieces and nephews: Amber Smith, Dan Chittenden, Rianne Chittenden, Jordan Smith, Collin Smith, Jessalyn Smith; many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Keith Duane Smith, and his grandparents.  A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Salem Township Cemetery. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Kent County Humane Society.
