Dilys Bisard, age 74, of Wyoming, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 19, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, Burr and Dorothy Billings; and several siblings-in-law. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 56 years, Fred Bisard; children, Eric (Kristen) Bisard, Todd Bisard, Patti (Juan) Perez; grandchildren, Kassie Bisard, Mary Bisard, Anissa Bisard, Jackson Bisard, Braylon Bisard, Sierra (Sam Jenner) Perez, Natalie Perez, RyLeigh Perez, Giovanni Perez, Evie Perez; niece, Cynthia Billings; siblings, Patti Billings, Roger (Kathie) Billings; siblings-in-law, Shirley Merkle, Geraldine Davis, Ed Osga, Joe Nuffesse; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and very dear friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 26, at 11 a.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. The burial will take place at Rosedale Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Thursday, April 25, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and on Friday from 10-10:45 a.m. at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Down Syndrome Association of West Michigan.
