Delores Ann Gary, age 88, of Hudsonville, went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, May 26, 2020.  She was a RN for 42 years.  In retirement, she volunteered at Grandville Senior Neighbors.  Delores was an active member and volunteer at St Pius X Catholic Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Gary; daughter, Yvonne Smith; and son-in-law, David P. Smith.  She will be lovingly remembered by her son and his wife, Kevin and Alice Gary; 6 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Helen Kincheloe; and many nieces and nephews.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2020, at 11 a.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 3937 Wilson Ave. SW, Grandville, with Fr. Stephen Durkee presiding.  A reservation must be made on the church website at https://pastorstoolbox.com/save-a-seat/5989e5ca-77c7-4f23-a115-7943010ba980 or you can call the church office at 616-532-9344.  The burial will take place at Resurrection Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Monday from 5-7:30 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. with a Rosary starting at 7:30 p.m.  Due to gathering restrictions, there will be a limit on the number of people who may enter the building at a time. Masks will be required at the funeral home and the church.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Boys Town or St. Pius X.
