Delores Cole

COLE - Delores Jane Cole born July 12, 1930 in Traverse City, MI; died October 24, 2012 at Spectrum Health. She is survived by her daughters, Bonnie (Ken) Greenman of Central Lake, MI, Pamela Zeigler of Wyoming; sons, Ross Filkins and Donald Zeigler both of Wyoming; sister, Joy Dodds; grandchildren, Jayna (Alex) Anderson, Devon Filkins, Gavin Filkins, Taylor Filkins, Brenda (Kevin) Jansens, Ken "Greg" (Sue) Greenman, Doug (Carrie) Greenman, Donald Zeigler Jr., and Misti Zeigler; great grandchildren, Kristen, Jake, Nicole, Brittany, Paris, Darby, Raven, Kenlynn, Spencer, Warren and Grayson ; many nieces, and Nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Ruth Ann Filkins; sisters, Dorthea Mang and Donna Frasier; brothers, Walter Eugene and Donald Earl. Delores loved all creatures. She loved all animals, mice, opossums, bats even skunks. She saved many cats, often at her expense. She has five cats and a dog who will miss her. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM Saturday October 26, 2012 at the Ronan-Vanderpool-Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S. Division Ave. Her family will greet relatives and friends Friday from 6 to 8PM and one hour prior to the service Saturday. Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to Crash's Landing.
