Delia Persenaire

Delia Sophia Persenaire, age 88, of Hudsonville, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, May 21, 2026. Born in 1937 in the Netherlands, Delia immigrated with her family to Canada in 1956 before later settling in the United States. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Adrian Persenaire; and son-in-law, John Easa. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Patricia Easa, Adrian and Martha Persenaire, Jeff and Kim Persenaire; grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Mary and Dan Tsivin (Violet), Kathryn and Josh Kunkel, Anna Easa (Noah), Ryan and Christine Persenaire (Sebastian, Georgia), Joshua Persenaire (Luka), Kobe Persenaire, Joseph and Jenna Persenaire (Lauren, Hailey, Paige), Benjamin Persenaire and Rachel Offringa, Sarah and Brett DeVries (Margaret, Arden); sister, Marian and Harv Cole; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Jess Helmus, Dorothy and Art VanderKruk, Helen Persenaire, Harry Vriend, Loie Persenaire, Carol Persenaire; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at First Hudsonville Christian Reformed Church, 5486 32nd St., Hudsonville, with Pastor Dave Jolman officiating. Burial will take place at Blendon Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, June 2, from 5-8 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW.
