David B. Heyboer

David Brian Heyboer, aged 48 of Caledonia went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 28, 2016.  He is survived by his son, David E. Heyboer; daughter, Rachel Heyboer and fiancé, Joseph Schiefla; and their mother, Paula (Joe) Droog; granddaughter, Kyleigh Lovely and one on the way; mom and dad, Carol and Lester Heyboer; grandmother, Lillian Walters; brother, Phil (Shannon) Heyboer; nephew and nieces, James, Audra, Mercedes; cousin, Jeff (Leah) Woolf and his daughters, Bridget and Sydney; four aunts and one uncle; significant other, Carol Soldner.  David enjoyed gardening, especially growing tomatoes and peppers for hot sauce. He was an avid outdoorsman enjoying hunting and fishing. Funeral services for David will be held on Friday at 11:00 am at the Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Chapel (Kentwood), 4646 Kalamazoo SE, with Rev. Marcus Schmidt officiating.  Interment in Pine Hill Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends at the funeral home on Thursday 2-4 and 6-8 pm.  The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Asthma Foundation.
