Bolhuis, Daniel J. Bolhuis:  Daniel J. Bolhuis, age 51, of Kentwood, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, November 1, 2011.  He passed away from complications of diabetes.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents; father, James A. Bolhuis; step father, Franklin Noorman.   He will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Lois Noorman of Jenison; brothers, Timothy and David; sister, Mary and Ken Kingma; step brother, Ken; step sister, Pam; many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews; his beloved dog and companion, Abby; many special friends at Paris Estates.  A memorial service will be held 3 pm on Saturday at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home, (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr., with Rev. Ed Tamminga officiating.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Jellema House.  The family would like to express their sincere thanks to the staff at St. Mary’s Hospital and Laurels of Hudsonville for all the wonderful care and support they have given.
