HUIZENGA- Dale A. Huizenga, age 61, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Dale is survived by his parents, Carl & Donna Huizenga; children, Dean (Katie) Huizenga, Daniel ( Andrea ) Huizenga and Danae ( Eric ) Reff; grandchildren, Alexis, Layla, Kolin and Lennix Huizenga. Also surviving are his sisters, Sue (Duane) Kas and Debra (Don) Flokstra. Memorial services will be 4:00 PM Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 1601 Post Dr. NE, Belmont.
