Craig Hoeksema

HOEKSEMA - Craig Douglas Hoeksema, age 53, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday March 10, 2020. He was preceded in death by his father, Douglas Hoeksema; grandmother, Alice Van Dyke; Julie's son, Cody Tolar. Craig is survived by his children, Kaycie Tolar and Stevie Hoeksema; grandchildren, Jaycob, Dallas, Jaxsen; mother, Cheri Hoeksema; sisters, Shelley (Matt) Kooiman and Jamie Hoeksema; several nieces and nephews; girlfriend, Julie Tolar A.K.A. his hillbilly and her daughter, Ashley Tolar; best friend, Lisa Robbins. Craig enjoyed anything fast from cars to boats to motorcycles. He loved spending time with his family up north at Big Star Lake. He also enjoyed reading, watching westerns, and working in the garage. Craig's family is hosting a memorial luncheon at 1:30 PM on Sunday March 15th for family and friends. The luncheon will be at 350 Dodge Street, Comstock Park, MI 49321. A Celebration of Life in honor of Craig will be held later in the spring or summer.
