Corrine Battjes

Corrine Battjes, age 63, of Grandville, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 17, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Jo De Nooy; sister, Patricia De Nooy; brother, John De Nooy; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Gerald and Evelyn Battjes. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Andres Battjes, Courtney (Justin) Lamer, Jordan (Katie) Battjes, Casey (John) Camfferman, Chelsea (Josh) Vanden Bosch; grandchildren; Vanessa Corrine, Hayden, Adilyn, Cristina, Chase, Wade, Lauryn, Ardene, Aubree, Reese, Ford, Jade, Johnny, Vega, Layne; sisters, Diana (Raul) De Nooy-Aguirre, Suzanne (Rick) Remtema, Carla (Ken) Avink; and several nieces and nephews. Corrine had a fierce love for her kids and grandkids and will be deeply missed. Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday, December 22, from 6-8 pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. A private family funeral service will be held on Wednesday 11 am at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Dr. Reginald Smith officiating.
