Cornelia Langland

Cornelia Langland, age 92, of Jenison went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 14, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Ronald and Linda Langland, Linda and Simon Bakhuyzen, Nancy and Paul Burmeister; 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law, Jack Summers, Stafford and Mary Langland; and many nieces and nephews. A private graveside service will be held at Georgetown Township Cemetery.

Nancy and Linda, I wanted to pass on my sympathy on the passing of your mom. I talked to her that afternoon, and when I asked how she was, she said she was good. She smiled and held my hand as usual, so I was shocked when I heard of her death. I'm thankful she went quickly and peacefully, and am even more thankful to know she is with her Lord and now in perfect health. Thank you for sharing her with us. I was blessed to get to know her and miss seeing her. I'll also miss seeing you two! Thanks for being such a wonderful family.
