Cornelia “Connie” Van Duinen

Cornelia “Connie” Ruth Van Duinen, age 89, of Jenison, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 16, 2024. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Roger “Doc” Van Duinen. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Kathy and Bruce Ter Beek, Debbie Coke, Brenda and Tom Boersma, Mary and Chuck Anderson, Scott and Erin Van Duinen; 18 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Pete Batts; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Paul and Ursula Van Duinen, Linda and Marion DeJong, Nettie Van Duinen, Tom and Deb Van Duinen; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 20, at 11 a.m. at First Byron Christian Reformed Church, 8541 Byron Center Ave SW, Byron Center, with Rev. Richard Hartwell officiating. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Saturday from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to the service at the church. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to The Gideons International or to the Missions Fund at First Byron CRC.
