Corbin J. Armock, age 26 of Wyoming, finally found peace after a long struggle with depression on Wednesday, June 1, 2016. He will be dearly missed by his loving family: parents, Russell and Anne; siblings, Christy, Cody and Gina Armock, and Julie (Joel) Herweyer. He was much loved by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Corbin’s creativity, generosity and quick wit will be sorely missed. A Memorial Mass will be held 11am Monday at St. John Vianney Church, 4101 Clyde Park SW with Fr. Mike Alber presiding. The family will receive relatives and friends 4-7pm Sunday at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming and Monday one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Franciscan Life Process Center, 11650 Downes St., Lowell, MI 49331.

May I offer my condolences to the family for your loss. Families are beautiful so when we lose a loved one it is very difficult. Lovingly, the Bible assures us that God sees our pain and promises a beautiful future where "he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore..." My heart cannot even imagine the pain you all must be feeling. Anytime I have had the WONDERFUL opportunity of being around your family, I have always had a fun time. Corbin always made me laugh with his quick wit and hilarious humor. It must be an "armock" trait. Your family is always so very helpful. I remember always being so HAPPY when Julie's strong brothers would show up at Osborn Hall and help empty her dorm, and then mine. Corbin, like all of you, have blessed me. I am so grateful that God placed Julie in my life, and to experience the love of the Armock family. I am praying for you night and day.

My thoughts go drifting back to grade school days and how sweet Corbin was with Shannon and Haley Reynolds when he allowed himself to be a human "junglegym" for the girls. They were so small and Corbin was so very sweet to them. You and Corbin are in our prayers.
