Connie Ypma

YPMA - Connie Lynne Ypma fell asleep in Jesus on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at her Wyoming home. She was preceded in death by her parents Lawrence and Lavina Ypma; brother David Ypma. She is survived by her son, Jason Ypma, grandsons; Jason II, Jacob and Joshua; brother, Jim (Patsy) Ypma of Kentwood, sisters, Cheri and Jerry Meyers of Ohio, Tammie (John) Dykstra of Wyoming, Diane Ypma of Wyoming, Sister-in-law Susan Ypma and adopted sister Qyla Williams; two special aunts, Betty and Shirley Ypma and Jason's father, Richard T. Williams and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Connie enjoyed serving God and being a witness for the kingdom of God, she loved people and planted wherever she was. She also enjoyed cooking, entertaining and helping others, but most of all spending time with her grandsons, whom she loved very much. Funeral services will be 11 AM at Christ Temple Global Ministries, 2010 Kalamazoo SE, Grand Rapids. Her family will greet relatives and friends from 6-8 PM Friday at the Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S. Division Ave. SE, Wyoming and one hour prior to the service at church.
