GOEREE - Mr. Clifford Goeree went to be with the Lord Thursday, January 28, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Adrian and Rose; brother, Martin (Burnace) Goeree; sisters, Eleanor Hazen, Geraldine (Ray) Orr; sisters-in-laws, Marie Voshel-Rozema-Hazen, Jacquelyn (Roy) Breen. Clifford is survived by his wife Lorraine of 62 years; children, Dale (Jane) Goeree, Donald (Terri) Goeree, Susan (Robert) Koch, Sharon (Troy) Kantola; grandchildren, Justin (Emily) Goeree, Emily (Brandon) Holmes, Robert Koch, Jennifer (Joe) Gillen, Seth Koch, Ryan, Alex, Kyle and Cameron Kantola; great grandchildren, Violet, Isaac and Oliver Holmes, William and Eric Gillen, Mila Goeree; very special niece, Joy Henning; brother-in-law, Harvey Hazen; several special nieces and nephews. Cliff was the past President and member of National Association of Letter Carriers. He was a member of North Park Presbyterian Church where he served in many capacities including Deacon and Elder. Cliff was a wonderful husband, father, grandpa and great grandpa. He was loved by all those who knew him. Funeral Services will be held 11:00AM Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at North Park Presbyterian Church, 500 N. Park St. Grand Rapids. His family will greet relatives and friends from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Monday at the Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 1601 Post Dr. NE, Belmont and one hour prior to the service Tuesday at church.
