Claude Melvin Holcomb, III

Claude Melvin Holcomb III passed away peacefully 6/18/20. Born in Holland, MI on 9/18/47. Preceded in death by his parents Claude Melvin Holcomb the II and Caroline Kalman. His brother Steven Holcomb and sister Monica Burchard. He is survived by his significant other of 23 years Elizabeth Miller. His 6 children Scott Holcomb of Newaygo, Hillary Holcomb of Cutlerville, Jennifer Holcomb of Caledonia, Sean Holcomb of Wyoming, Cody Edward Miller Holcomb of Wyoming and step-daughter Rachel and Tito Rodriguez of White Cloud. His 8 Siblings, Karen and Bill Vodry of Montague, Mary and Fred Fifelski of Dorr,, Cynda BeBee of Fort Wayne, David Holcomb of Grand Rapids, Robert Holcomb of Caledonia, Annie Spielmaker of Wyoming, Claudia Holcomb of Grand Rapids, and Thomas Holcomb of Wyoming. His 8 Grand Children Morgan Shepherd, Cassidy Lapekes, Logan Lapekes, Angel Burpee, Steven Holcomb, Scarlette Holcomb, Cecelia and Alexandra Rodriguez. His 3 Great Grand Children Loyiso Matanda, Arian Lapekes and Maliyah Banks. His 2 Aunt's Alyce Baker and Agnes Kerwacker of Holland. Claude was a graduate of Wyoming Lee High School then attended Ferris State University where he received his Bachelor degree in Public Relations and Advertising and then received his Associate Degree from Michigan State University which he was also a die hard State fan. Go Green! Claude enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing and tubing the river with family and friends. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date where family and friends can gather to honor him.
